IIS redirect site to HTTPS

To force a site to always use HTTPS, add following content to web.config file.

                <rule name="HTTPSOK" stopProcessing="true">
                    <match url="(.*)" />
                    <conditions>
                        <add input="{HTTPS}" pattern="^OFF$" />
                    </conditions>
                    <action type="Redirect" url="https://{HTTP_HOST}{REQUEST_URI}" />
                </rule>

</conditions>
